Same God…different values?

Three nights ago I watched the news. Within 5 minutes I was crying and sobbing uncontrollably. The things that we do to each other in the name of religion blows me away!

For years now, a growing number of people in North America, have come to believe that regardless of which religion a person accepts as true, it will lead to some sort of salvation…provided that they lead a moral and honourable life. Of course this is based on the premise that God is just and could not have reserved a place in heaven for only those of one particular religion.

The doctrines of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and Spiritualists all basically agree on the same definition of God. Each believes that God is a Supreme Being conceived as the perfect, omnipotent, omniscient originator and ruler of the universe; the principal object of faith and worship. And…all the great Masters, Teachers, Guru’s from every religion say to honour one another!

So what is the PROBLEM? Why are we fighting wars in the name of God?

Personally, I believe that there is only one God and the only thing that really separates one religion from another is our personal values and or view points. So all this war, hatred and ignorance is really about value systems, which often stem from our cultural backgrounds.

This issue is the when we feel very strongly or emotional about something, we begin to gather information and evidence to support these emotions. Most of us can usually find some evidence to support and justify our emotional responses. Now add your personal value system and cultural beliefs to the mix and we have the recipe for WAR.

What if we were to take the emotion out of the equation and focus on being helpful whenever the opportunity presented itself. What if, we became conscious and responsible for our actions. What if we tried harder to develop the qualities of awareness, love, kindness, and wisdom. What if, we could forgive, trust and believe that we are all trying to do the best we can…is it possible that we could  co-create the space that would allow us to agree to disagree and live together peacefully regardless of our in-differences?

According to a Pew Research values survey, about three-quarters of the public (76%) say prayer is an important part of their daily life, while an identical percentage agrees that “we will all be called before God at the Judgment Day to answer for our sins.” And eight-in-ten say they never doubt the existence of God.

If this is the case, shouldn’t we all be making a greater effort? What if, everyone woke up one day and said, “Today I am going to be 10% kinder and more loving to everyone I come in contact with.” Could something so simple change our minds about our neighbours, friends, family or world citizens?

I believe that if each of us were to commit to being 10% more kind-hearted and open, we would collectively create a positive influence that could snowball and begin to return dignity and healing to all regardless of background and culture.

Buddha used to say, “Provide the cause, and the effect will be there.” This is the world of cause and effect in which everything is determined.”

So…in conclusion I challenge you all to be 10% kinder today…next time you look at someone who is different than you, instead of judging, try being open and curious. Instead of turning away or scowling, try smiling, the biggest brightest smile you can muster. And above all remember that we are all mothers, daughters, sisters, brothers, fathers, sons, husbands, wives, partners or friends to someone who loves us.

Paradigm Shifts, Uncomfortable?…Hell Yes. Transcending?…Absolutely!

Hi Everyone,

I have had a miraculous weekend which included a huge paradigm shift. I love how the universe works, so complex and simplistic simultaneously. I guess it all depends on our “perspective.” Come to think of it ever since I came up with the name New Perspectives Ministry for my business I have had several paradigm shifts…yippee.

I’m so excited about the one that happened this weekend I can hardly stay in my body! So let me try to explain the just of it…

As many of you know I had a client who is preparing to get married. She approached me and said that they, her and her spouse would like me to perform the wedding. I was elated, after spending so much time completing me studies to become an Ordained Minister, I could now submerge myself in a worthy cause, unions of the heart…yummy, right?

I was then informed by the Minister at my church, “The International Spiritual Alliance” that it may take up to a full 5 years to become legally registered with Vital Statistics and she asked if I was prepared for this. She cited several other Minsters who have started their own Centers and who had, in many cases waited for years. I went into total and complete shock, knowing that I had committed to perform my clients nuptials in Sept. this year.

Imagine my surprise when I received my approval and certification within 6 weeks. I thought to myself, “Spirit definitely has something to do with this…and this is obviously part of my future work with the Divine.”

I began to do what most entrepreneurs do, study who else are doing weddings, what type, their prices, what makes them unique and all that research that is so important. In my attempt to put something professional together I took info from sites that spoke to me, or that I thought I should model. Let me just say I did a lot of copying, pasting and re-wording. I was attempting to create something tangible that I could show to my client when we met. I had very little time and a short window of opportunity to prepare something somewhat professional, so I adlibbed in the interim. Yikes, what a colossal mistake, or was it?

My meeting was, you guessed it, this weekend. Not only with her, but also with her future husband. During this meeting I came to a pivotal point in my thinking about myself and how I operate. Uncomfortable, OMG…yes, transcending…absolutely! I realized I was placing myself, my worth, values, beliefs and connection to unions of the heart and the Divine in a cookie cutter role. I didn’t really want to be like so many other wedding officiants. YIKES…what on earth was I doing???

I have to share with you my gratitude for being so very blessed for the opportunities provided by my guides to grow, evolve and shift in such momentous and powerful ways. They ALWAYS without fail come through for me. At times, I am send down what I believe to be my new path, only to discover that my limiting beliefs have attached certain expectations to a situation. My guidance is firm, yet yielding and compassionate, for this I have been eternally grateful. Of course, I have become more open, flexible and less stubborn as well, which has definitely helped me move through some of my life lessons unscathed.

On Saturday, before my meeting with this client, I tuned into spirit and I asked, “what would be in my highest and best good to focus on for this meeting?” My answer, “Expect powerful change and a sudden shift in your perceptions.” I don’t mind telling you that I was a little perplexed by the answer. Instead of trying to figure it out I carried on preparing an information package for the two of them.

Well, after the meeting, I sat silently for 30 minutes and just absorbed the energy, process and what had occurred during the meeting. In quiet reflection I realized that in my attempt to prepare a website, price list, ceremony information and tidbits that I thought were important I forgot one vital truth…that which I had put together, my heart, spirit and being did not feel moved to do. Again…What on earth was I thinking! Perhaps the issue was that “I was thinking”, not feeling, being and experiencing the depth of the commitment, love and understanding that such an important vow/oath has.

The commitment to heartfelt love and to our beloved is one of the most sacred and important vows, we as humans choose to make while on the Earth plane and I know it should not to be entered into lightly or for the wrong reasons. I of all people understand the long term effects energetically and how it can affect us for many lifetimes to come. There is an unseen power that we discover in Love when we move toward an open loving heart. This important realization compares to no other. So have chosen to dedicate my services, love, kindness, compassion and reverence to couples who resonate with this truth. To you, I offer, my passion, knowledge and wisdom of ritual and energy.

So, the bottom line…I have shifted my focus and now choose only to perform unique unions that have some sort of spiritual or ritual essence to them. This is my authentic self and belief, this is my domain, where I am comfortable, where my heart is. In this space I no longer have to try to fit into a world that is not like me just to get in the business of marrying people! If it wasn’t for her partner calling me on my word/intention I likely would not have come to the realization of how the sacred has chosen to work and move through me to co-create the most precious and magnificent expressions of LOVE. It is with humbleness and gratitude, that I give thanks for this lesson, information and redirection of my being.

It’s 2012…The time is NOW!

This time in which we have all chosen to live on Mother Earth is unprecedented for the human race. We have never experienced the type of evolution that is occurring now. Each of us lives in our own unique universe in which we have personally co-created.

At this time, we have easier access to the utilization, aid and help of the beings of Light, Masters and Angels to effect change and transformation not only within our physical form but in our multidimensional universe as well.

In moments of contemplative meditation, it is often difficult for us to accept the unconditional loving Light of Infinite Source that we all carry within because of our life history in this and other embodiments. Because of the accessibility of the higher frequencies, we now have the capability of traveling back in time, for on the higher planes there is no linear time/space as we experience on Earth.

Traveling back in time is a viable way for us to heal and accelerate our spiritual journey. Our spirit knows where the heartache lies within us. Beginning in our earliest memories there are painful moments that we have all is some ways resisted to heal. Even if we do not choose to know our past life karmic issues, we may be well assured that in this lifetime all the moments of discomfort we’ve ever experienced will echo this past life history, to be cleared so we may move forward once more.

If we were only to simply choose to look at the most pivotal moments of discomfort in this embodiment, while asking for the healing Light of Infinite Source to fill us, we can create the most profound transformation process in our being. This is similar to a life review.

To do this, simply sit in quiet meditative reflection where you allow your heart, soul, and spirit to revisit that which has caused you discomfort and then allow the Light to fill you and heal you. Drench the events as you choose to contemplate them in the powerful frequencies of healing Light. Violet, golden-white and luminous blue can be most beneficial. Invite the beings of Light to be with you as you visit the events that caused you discomfort and know that the healing you have always sought can be yours now.

During this time of profound energetic shift for our entire Earth plane, such a life review healing is entirely necessary and more easily achievable than ever before. Be patient as you go through this process. You have carried the discomfort for a lifetime — perhaps for more than one lifetime.  Allow the layers to fall away and trust that they will.

2011 and Beyond

Am I hallucinating, dreaming, walking in a time warp or is 2011 almost over?

As I reflect back on this year, I am in awe at how much has shifted, not only out in the world but most importantly inside of me. I have always accepted that life is a school, and that every experience is an opportunity to move forward on our evolutionary path. I really chose to stretch myself this year and in doing so I attained my BA in Metaphysical Science and also became an Ordained Minister, this developed a relationship with the Divine that I had not known before. As you might imagine, with this initiation into a new vibration came plenty of opportunity to use my new-found skills.

I took some really tough knocks this year and am on the verge of tears as I begin to recall the hardest one. It was losing my a dear friend Christine on July 31st, and with that loss came my lost relationship with her family; Julie, Graham and Christine’s husband John. I was so angry and resentful I almost went mad. I don’t remember throwing a temper tantrum like that since I was 4 years old. The Buddha has a great teaching for this; “Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.” It certainly was the case for me!

I believe this truth “everything in the physical universe is temporary”, I honour it…of course living it can be a whole other experience. This year, I have increased my faith in the wisdom and justice of the universe. I learned forgiveness and time slowly healed the wounds of my heart, and I dared to laugh again. With loss came many new surprises and gifts, this is what I love about the Universe and surrender.

In 2011 I saw and spoke with my father for the first time in nearly 40 years. It’s still fresh and scary and weird but it’s all great! With that connections comes all the gifts of my aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. It is still in the beginning stages and I can see the potential for growth, sharing of wisdom and love; all great things. I remain open to the possibilities of connecting and sharing on an even deeper level with time.

I was fortunate to re-connect with a long time friend and soul sister, Jackie on my 50th B-day (yep, I turned 50 this year too: http://carollefevre.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/yikes-me-turning-50-years-old-is-this-right/) We were inseparable for many years. Our lives ventured in different directions and a pleasant turn of events has found us embracing our relationship again, with many new twists and turns. The nice thing about coming together again after so many years is that we both have so much to share and learn from one another.

Amazingly, a childhood buddy and cousin who I just adored also found her way back into my life. We are thinking it’s been about 32-35 years. OMG, she is spiritual, funny and a lovely woman. Interesting how I still remember her as my childhood friend. This connection has made my heart sing again and I am so very grateful.

I was forced to leave a contract position at (SEEDS) Self-Employment and Entrepreneur Development Society where I loved to facilitate and help new entrepreneurs. I was so passionate about my position there, I loved it and thought it was a great fit. It was a stressful time of injustice, betrayal and heartbreak as well. Again I had an opportunity to watch myself in action and live up to my new role as Minister. This time instead of being pissed off, angry and livid, I was able to send love and grace. It really didn’t make things easier, as far as I could tell anyhow. If Christine was here she would have said, “It might have been way worst if you didn’t do it that way, you did good my friend” Could be, all I know is that I am pleased with my evolution, I’m not stuck in a place of guilt and grief and I have let it go. I could only let it go by following the advice I would have given to a client, “if the doors keep closing, get the message, the universe has other plans for you, let it go!” Believe it or not I always seem to find solace in walking my talk. It also makes it easier to look at myself in the mirror each day.

It was at this time that I discovered a new passion and the best stress reliever I could have ever imagined…painting, from the girl who never thought I could draw to having my art exposed on an art blog…shut up! Doing the workshop and being a participant instead of a teacher was such a treat.  I gifted 3 clients with the experience as well. It was a great opportunity for me to get to know Ann better and the good news is that we are in the stages of a fantastic budding new friendship. (Ann was my support system when Christine passed, helping me perform last rites at the hospital and being a sounding board for me.) Connecting with my “Living From Truth”  group and doing the practices has improved my communications and an all ready amazing relationship with my husband. Who knew things could get better?

I have only just got my marketing materials so next week I will end the year with the beginnings of something new.

To summarize things; the highs in 2011 have been high and the lows have been devastating. I’m not really a whiner, and when I think about the state of our world and the millions whose lives are filled with far worst devastation than mine, I can really only be grateful. Yes it was heartbreaking, yes it was a lot of hard work, but not so much that life stood still. Each day through my tears, anger, love or joy I continued to give thanks for all the blessings in my life and for my connection with God.

The changes I notice most from the effect of this year is my willingness to be in community, the deep-seated peace in my being, my phenomenal connection to the Divine and my level of gratitude for the reunions and new possibilities in 2012.

What is Spiritual Coaching?

Who is a Spiritual Coach?

A spiritual coach is similar to a life coach only for those on a spiritual path or those who would like to become more self-aware. Instead of focusing on external factors of your life, a spiritual coach focuses on the inner workings of your mind, body, and soul. Spiritual coaches assists you in the process of self-discovery and spirituality which in turn can be used to overcome some of life’s greatest challenges. This type of coaching can assist you to break free of  lifetime’s worth of limitations, suffering, pain and help you find real joy and true peace.

Research shows that things such as positive beliefs, comfort and strength gained from religion, meditation and prayer can contribute to healing and a sense of well-being. Improving our spiritual health may not cure an illness, but it may help us feel better, prevent some health problems and help us cope better with illness or death.

Religious and spiritual beliefs are an important part of how many people deal with life’s joys, prosperity and hardships. Faith can provide people with a sense of purpose and clearer guidelines for living and insights into the self.

This type of coaching leads client’s to deep personal transformation. Coaches help their clients improve certain areas of their life, such as determining their spiritual path, how to proceed on their spiritual journey, and how to shrug off the negative events that seem to occur daily.  Spiritual coaches often facilitate a process that teaches you to how to live from a higher level of conscious awareness, how to deal with your feelings, needs, desires, dreams and goals and then manifest them.

The Concept

The concept that we create our own reality is more widespread than ever before. In our parent’s generation and before, this concept was known only to a few. Those few were mainly mystics and shamans. Now discoveries and experiments in quantum physics prove the truth of this concept. Mystics, shamans and some quantum physicists know that we create our reality by our thoughts, beliefs and perceptions.

We are actually more powerful than we can even imagine. For most of us, though, our experience tells us something entirely different. We feel that we are at the mercy of an outward reality, the victims of circumstances beyond our control. We work harder and harder, thinking that if only we have more money, more time, the right pill, the right family, more love, or a better job that we will finally be whole and happy. We try to change and control the circumstances and people around us in order to feel empowered.

As a Minister and Metaphysical Practitioner, Carol understands about trying to change and control things outside of ourselves such as power. Awareness

This journey within enables students and clients to become aware of how they see and experience their lives, getting them in touch with their underlying and unconscious beliefs, perceptions and thoughts. Without this awareness we are at the mercy of a reality created by our unconscious beliefs.

Awareness is only the first step in the alchemical process. The Talmud says, “We don’t see things as they are, but as we are.” If we believe ourselves, and therefore our souls, to be unlovable, unworthy, and powerless, then we will experience ourselves to be these things. The Truth is that each soul is a unique expression of the Divine, a spark from the flame that is the Creator. Awareness shows us what our beliefs are and how those beliefs have actually created our reality. By becoming aware, we can then change our beliefs.

Changes

Changing what we say we believe is not enough because supporting our old beliefs are habitual thought, perceptual and energetic patterns. These habitual patterns have to be changed also in order for lasting transformation to occur. Working with these habitual patterns requires us to develop and maintain a spiritual practice. The tools, techniques and exercises taught through Soul Alchemy can be used by clients and students to develop their own unique spiritual practice, which can bring every aspect of their lives into alignment with their divine essence. This is authentic empowerment.

Yikes, me turning 50 years old, is this right?

Last week was an extremely challenging one for my husband and I. Loss is always heartbreaking, a little disorienting and quite uncomfortable. After spending most of my actual birthday day in shock and crying, I’m so very grateful for the b-day luncheon that John and my wonderful friends had to help me celebrate my 50th solar return. Nothing can express the joy that sang in my heart from being with friends I haven’t seen for years and sharing time with new friends I have come to treasure. The luncheon was so fabulous and continued into the evening.

Friendships bring elements of stability, intimacy, emotional security, positive feelings and self-validation to our lives. Over the years I’ve realized that not all friends serve the same purpose in our life.  One friend might challenge us intellectually, while another provides emotional solace when things get tough. When I looked at the beautiful faces around the table I was deeply touched and appreciative of the many levels and quality of friendship that this precious group held.

Jackie a best friend from the past,  so much so that at times we had been inseparable; gosh, we’ve known each other 30 years! As it often does, life got in the way and it was 8 plus years since we’ve seen one another; within a few moments it was like we never missed a step.

She blessed us with a surprise new man,  Lou great guy, I’m looking forward to getting to know him better.

Carol, wow 27 years we’ve been friends; she has always been a constant in my life, through tears, celebrations and everyday stuff, her husband Michael is a rock and a softy whom I also love.

Beach friends, Shelley and Todd; what happens on the beach, stays on the beach! Except these lovely souls made it off the beach and into our hearts, we always have a pleasant time when we see them.

Nancy, dear Nancy. A powerful Goddess and fantastic friend for 12 years or so now; this one knows how to tell a GREAT true story, love ya.

Michel is my workout friend, we committed to several months to training last year so I saw him almost daily for 4  1/2 months.

His wife Serita is a patient and loving women who works way to hard! Thanks for all those entertaining mornings of conversation while doing cardio and solving the problems of the world.

And last but not least my best friend, John. This man is simply amazing, a real saint, after all, look what he has to live with; he is the yang in my yin, John adds so many precious elements to my life that I’m in tears writing about it. Balance, stability and so very much love; I give gratitude daily for our companionship.

After having a fun evening with friends, laughing those hardy belly laughs, feeling all social, happy and carefree for the first time in a while I got up feeling a little, hmmm, let’s say, ” harsh ” I just can’t drink as much alcohol these days!

As I looked in the mirror the next morning, I mean REALLY looked in the mirror, I was a little shocked! I admit; I still seem to have a vision of the fresh-faced 30-year old version of myself dancing around in my head and I continue to reinforce this image with my old photo albums. I looked again; ” Yep, it’s the real me, hung over but me, complete with crows feet, frown lines, newly sprouting…  ug, jowls, and those oh-so-special baby “marionette” lines.” Sigh!

I still have this glorious perception that a woman can be valued for her brains and not just for her face – this makes it possible for us Goddesses to become 50 and not grieve.  It enables us to choose and do meaningful work. So what the hell, “forget about what you’re seeing, it’s an illusion anyhow”, I tell myself. Surely there must be some practical application for those string theories, quantum physics,  black holes and future timelines.  “God I must be part way there by now” I tell myself, after all I have been heavily invested in the law of attraction, positively affirming my life, a somewhat healthy lifestyle and all those so called quirky metaphysical whatnots for years.

I have even managed to change some basic and proverbial paradigms.  For instance my paradigms related to everyday experiences like having dirty dishes in the sink. Now having dirty dishes in the sink isn’t the end of the world, I’ve moved to a new paradigm in which it simply means we’ve had another fine meal and are practicing the art of relaxation. Brilliant!

With that awareness, I take a step back, close my eyes and realize some truths, at least they are truths today:

• At 50, I now understand what was vague to me at 30
• I realize that I won’t have time to do everything, so what I choose to do I consider to be important
• I seem to find profound spiritual meaning in the simplest everyday experiences.
• I need reading glasses to increase the size of the ridiculously small font on today’s supplement containers. In fact I see the number of people needing to use them for this reason has increased exponentially (it is smaller font, right?
• “Fifty is the new forty” or as my friend Jackie says, “Fifty is the new twenty five” this phrase reflects a renewed energy; everyone is saying it, so it must be true. It’s likely the result of improvements to our diets, spiritual connections, embracing healthier lifestyles and integrating the previous 40 years of our lives on many levels.
• Turning 50 comes with a huge respect more than ever before of diversity, unity and co-creation.
• I now have a greater appreciation for time over money; time is one of my most valuable commodities at this point in life. I’d rather work smarter than harder and create more time to just be, with myself, family or God.
• Living in the present is so much easier now, not being able to remember everything has certainly helped! It’s all about trust and knowing and trust and being and trust and, did I mention TRUST?
• It’s a time when it’s easier to separate myself from what other people expect of me, and do what I love without guilt or regret or being worried about what anyone thinks.
• I appreciate that I’m not really working for myself, I’m employed by God, doing service for humanity and that together we really are making positive differences.
• I have more energy, less anxiety, a stronger immune system, and an unbelievable  overall great attitude, in my youth, it never would have occurred to me that being 50 could feel this good.

The only major drawback to entering my fifties seems to be the assumption that life will soon begin to accelerate in a downhill motion. It appears the only thing left to do is change that paradigm, after all, I hang out with folks in their 60′s, 70′s and 80′s who are still kicking butt and having a blast doing it. There is little else to say other than, at age 50 I am for the most part happy and grateful to be an empowered woman!

I Am Presence and Entities Q and A

I was wondering how people pick up/get entities on them or in their homes and what some of the effects of having then are, also what can we do to get rid of them. Thanks for this forum and your great service to us all.

Hi Lloyd,

Great question. There are many types of negative entities or some would say dark forces as well as other energies out there.

Many problems are caused by entity and negativity contamination. These include: depression, anxiety, fears, addictions, headaches, neck aches, alcoholism, sleeplessness, eating disorders, phobias, relationship difficulties, bad health, rage, hyperactivity, crabbiness, gambling, money problems, blocks on personal growth, and blocks on spiritual development.

For the most part some of the other energies are simply earthbound entities trying to make their way to the light and get side tracked or confused. If a person does a lot of spiritual work on themselves and is vibrating at a higher level the entity might confuse their vibration with the light. When this happens the entity moves into the aura of the person attempting to go into the light. At this point the individual may feel a sudden headache, neck pain or even nausea. It is important to know that this form of energy has no intention of harming us, they are simply attempting to move into the natural progression of another dimension and have become trapped. Often a simple prayer with the intention of sending them to love and light will release them. I call in Arch Angel Michael to take them and they usually go willingly.

Now that being said there are other types of negative energies that have been lost for too long and begin to feed off the emotions, fears and negative thinking patterns of people. One of my mentors, Hanna Kroeger taught me about several types that interfere with people in unique ways; black magic entities, emotional turmoil entities,  negative attachment entities, spirit possession entities, fear entities to name a few. These are a little trickier to release. I suggest trying a bath with sea salt and eucalyptus and sage in it. Before you begin bathing call in some angelic protection and be sure to leave a window open so the dark force can exit your home. You can put a thin line of sea salt at the bathroom door so that it won’t go anywhere into my home but out the window.

Once your home is smudged you can write out the words to Psalm 91 and put it at your front door, this will protect your home from future negative forces entering. You don’t need to see the words; I have mine folded up behind a picture at the front door, this way no one knows it is even there.

I have created a little safety sachet to help people with these issues. You can use it before you enter your home that way if you have anything on you so to speak it will be removed before you enter the home. It is a very tiny box which contains materials needed to banish entities and to protect you from them. If you carry it around in your left pocket or in a medicine bag while you are out and about nothing can stick to you or get caught up in your aura.

Now that is a real tough one. We are all so different and respond to differently to stimulus and spiritual practice. I would have to say an I Am Presence connection in the morning of each day. This connection will definitely increase one’s vibration, connect one with God or the Divine in a unique and wondrous way, remain in a state of love and accept and follow one’s Divine guidance and intuition. I believe that as long as we follow our Divine guidance and allow the mind of God to work through us, we are able to manifest or co-create more of the things we say we desire; peace, love, money, success….

I have posted a copy of the meditation on my website. If you go to services, then free techniques you will see it posted with a photo to assist. I recommend reading it out loud into a recording device and then playing while you do the mediation so you remember all the steps.

How to heal the things that just won’t!

During the past five years, more and more lightworkers and healers have been faced with their own physical illnesses. I began to notice this several years ago. It seems as though any method of healing practice on any level just won’t move the energy and heal some physical bodies. I have had so many people with high frequencies and amazing capabilities unable to source the cause of their own illness. They have been distraught and depressed because they believe they have done something to manifest the dis-ease and regardless of their efforts and convictions to self heal, are unable to. For that matter, other professionals in the field remain unsuccessful as well. It is frustrating, painful and heartbreaking to have the ability to guide and heal others but remain at a loss when it comes to self-healing.

This issue has become wide spread amongst our brothers and sister and really does beg the question…why?

Here’s what my guidance has shared with me:

For centuries most healers and lightworkers have been taught or guided to ground to the earth before doing our work. In our journey to heightening our psychic awareness, we learn to be more in tune with our own energy and the energy of those around us.  Through daily meditation, we find ways to quiet the mind chatter and focus on sensing energy vibrations. We have often been taught that the number one rule is to protect and ground ourselves first.

We have heard how it is important to remember when you are tuning into another’s energy; to remember to ground yourself.  By doing so we will train ourselves to keep other’s energy from affecting us.  The purpose of grounding is to calmly drain yourself of excess energy, thus keeping your perceptions clear, creating balance physically, mentally and spiritually.

Scientific evidence of the Earth’s electromagnetic shift and ascension into the fifth dimension is quite significant nowadays and includes; the north and south poles of the Sun disappearing transforming it into a homogenous field, dramatic increases in the numbers of solar flares and resultant magnetic tidal waves hitting the Earth, the rediscovery of ancient civilisations resulting from a resurgence of ‘ancient memories and knowledge’, dramatic increases in number and severity of seismic activity, unprecedented Ice Cap changes, changing migratory patterns of birds, dolphins and whales (including beaching), multiple Earth ‘wobbles’, a need to recalibrate aeronautical maps for navigation as the magnetic North has changed, a decrease in the speed of rotation of the Earth and the orbit of the Moon around the Earth, and the Earth’s gravity field moving towards zero. All these changes are part of the transition process the key is to heal ourselves from within. “As we heal our selves, so we heal our planet.”

With the shifting and turbulent energy being produced by Gaia to balance herself, we as healers and lightworkers have taken on much of this turbulent energy. It is now time for us to anchor to 5D from our heart chakras instead of grounding to Gaia from our root chakras! I believe this to be the key to healing ourselves during this transition.

Think about it,”If we are shifting our DNA and becoming more in line with 5D energies, it would make sense that 3D forms of healing can’t support the new changes!” So what do we do? It is as though we are caught between an evolutionary cycles.

This is the only solution that fits for me…by anchoring our hearts into 5D we will begin shifting the energy, vibration and consciousness of our outer bodies and accelerate healing of our light form.

Those who lead and serve as Torchbearers are often subject to the growing pains of the human consciousness. Their love and their light serve to anchor a frequency that allows others can align with. This is how the new Communities of Light will be birthed into form. It is imperative that we begin anchoring our hearts to 5D and avoid future distress.

The Light of the Divine will flow through our Earthly Bodies and create an opportunity to heal all issues that has surfaced to be cleared, re-birthed and healed. This Divine Intervention of Grace and Love will allow this planet and ALL her Life to take a quantum leap forward on the Spiral of Evolution

To anchor these frequencies of the 5th Dimension into the crystalline structures of our physical bodies we must be willing to allow the patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of God to begin manifesting in this 3D paradigm world of form. At this time of transition, there are specific astrological alignments that are both creating and energetically anchoring fourth and fifth dimensions and our new physical/lightbody systems. This process is creating the necessary changes within our DNA and etheric/physical body to begin a whole new evolutionary process. To ease the process and allow the stress to be removed from our physical bodies we must connect to the new paradigm on several levels.

Lightworkers around the world can tune-in and be guided by their I AM Presence as to how they would most effectively serve as an Instrument of God to fulfill this facet of the Divine Plan without bring harm to their Body Elementals and their physical form.

The 5th dimension will seem like pure magic to us. With time and space no longer limiting us, whatever we think can appear almost instantly. Duality and separation will disappear and with it our egos. Fear will no longer exist.

Fifth-dimensional energies are indeed of a higher frequency and are within reach of everyone here. Moving from density and anchoring in fifth-dimensional energy takes discipline and focus. To anchor in the fifth dimension you have to anchor the energy into your ascended Heart Chakra and connect your heart with your expanded crown chakra of the Divine Galactic Blueprint.

How do we achieve this? One of the simplest ways o accomplish this is to take an observer point of view more often. You are then “in the world and not of the world.” This will enable each of us to sustain our next level of existence within the fifth dimensional holographic world and reality.

Once we begin living in the higher chakras of our Divine Galactic Blueprint, we will start to notice our feelings more. Not our emotions–our felt sense of things.

As our energy becomes more loving and less contaminated, we will find that we naturally begin to lift…to rise above the dramas of the world. It is this lifting energy that will help many thousands o anchor in the fifth dimension far ahead of 2012.

The key to mastering this time of transition is to raise our frequency and anchor the necessary energies to create the essential changes within and around ourselves.  The following meditation will to enable you to create the required changes within the etheric and electromagnetic field of the body. This will support the physical body to adjust to the necessary alchemical changes and prepare to make its ascension into 5D more easily without creating turbulence form the old grounding techniques we have done for centuries.

Step 1

Sit comfortably, feel your body as you breathe. Picture the earth and feel the center of the earth, see it as a golden ball of light. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up from the center of the earth up into your root chakra (base of the spine). As you exhale through your mouth, fill this chakra with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 2

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your heart chakra (your chest area). Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into the heart chakra. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your heart and chest with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 3

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your crown chakra (top of your head). Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your crown chakra. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your crown chakra with golden light and let it shower out the top of your head and down around you. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 4

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your High-Self (just a few feet above the top of your head). Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your High-Self. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your High-Self with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 5

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your Body Elemental, this is the area that can assist you in healing all aspects of the physical body. Your Body Elemental knows what you need and how to heal you. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your Body Elemental. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your Body Elemental with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 6

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your Christed-Self. This is the aspect of ou that is in Mastery. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your Christed-Self. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your Christed-Self with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 7

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your Cosmic-Self. This is the aspect of you that is connected to Cosmic Awareness, a consciousness that embraces all things. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your Cosmic-Self. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your Cosmic-Self with golden light. Begin to send a golden cord from your heart chakra of your physical body to the heart chakra of your Cosmic-Self.

Step 8

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your Universal-Self. This is the aspect of you that is connected to the source of all living things in this universe. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your Universal-Self. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your Universal-Self with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 9

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your Multi-Dimensional-Self. This is the aspect of you that creates reflections that are capable of responding more directly to the planes and dimensions we travel through. If you look or feel yourself at this level you will notice different fragments of yourself. Imagine these fragments coming together in a straight line. Now begin to feel the anchor form your cosmic heart chakra connecting with your perfectly aligned Multi-dimensional self crown chakra. You will instantly feel a jolt of energy pass through your body and all aspects of self. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your Multi-Dimensional-Self with golden light and imagine the connection from your cosmic heart chakra to the universal crown chakra. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your Multi-Dimensional-Self with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 10

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into your I am Presence. The I AM, existed before the creation of time and is eternally self-existent. It resides in the aura of God. It is the aspect in you that is God. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into your I am Presence. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your I am Presence with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 11

Now concentrate on bringing the golden light up into the God-Source (past the earth’s atmosphere, past the gold realm, into the aura of God). Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light up into the God-Source. As you exhale through your mouth, fill the God-Source with golden light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 12

Now picture a brilliant white light at the center of the God-Source. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light down into your I am Presence. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your I am Presence with white light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 13

Imagine your “I AM” Presence holding hands with your guides, angels, masters or any other being who can assist you in your endeavor.  See the white light of the Holy Spirit loving pass through the circle and bless you all. Feel the unity and the Love. Ask your “I AM” Presence to continue to anchor your heart chakra to 5D energies and to allow your physical body to anchor to this higher frequency.

Step 14

Give praise and gratitude for the things that you hold dear to you and for your experience on the earth plane. See a clear vision of what you are in the process of creating for yourself, humanity and the Earth, your new outcome!

Step 15

Now concentrate on bringing the white light down into your Multi-Dimensional-Self, Universal-Self, Cosmic-Self. Christed-Self, Body Elemental and High-Self. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light down into all aspects of your being. As you exhale through your mouth, fill all aspects of your being with white light. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 16

Now concentrate on bringing the white light down into your crown chakra and heart chakra. Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light down into your crown chakra. As you exhale through your mouth, feel the anchor to your higher heart and crown chakras. Fill your head with white light and let it shower out the top of your head and down around you. Repeat this breath twice.

Step 17

Deeply inhale through your nose bringing this light down into the heart chakra. As you exhale through your mouth, fill your heart and chest with white light. Let this white light flow freely from your heart chakra out into the world. Repeat this breath as many times as necessary to feel connected to all things, physical and non-physical.

Step 18

Feel love pass around the earth, feel the love of God healing you and all that is.

Last Step

Now slowly begin to feel your feet, legs and body. Become aware of the room that you are in, when you’re ready, open your eyes and come back into the room. You have completed the 5D heart anchor.

The easiest thing to do is to read and record this meditation. That way you can listen to your won voice and easily follow the steps for easy alignment. Enjoy!

Project NZ has come to completion!

Hello Everyone,

We certainly live in exciting times and with the transition to the next world age upon us all; immense cycles are ending as new and miraculous ones are beginning. Accelerated change is upon us my friends as a new consciousness emerges to carry us forward into a new paradigm. A new paradigm of being that is gentle, compassionate and holistic on all levels.

On Feb. 02, 2011 we were joined with others from around the world in a celestial gathering that helped support the new Earth energies scheduled for 2011. These shifts will no doubt reinforcement the foundation we require to navigate the intensely transformative energies of the exciting year ahead. Changes prophesied since ancient times are crushing our third-dimensional reality leaving room for unity consciousness, divine love and harmony.

A special thanks to Juliette Peck of  Universal Energy (http://universalenergy.org.nz) who obtained permission from the Waitaha Matua to create the grid and received gave his blessing for her to travel to the Sacred Waters where she who so lovingly implanted the affirmations.

A big Thank You to Ann Metcalfe of Soil Alchemy (http://soilclearing.com) who so lovingly made herself available to us in whatever form we needed. Ann was the initial contact for most of you in New Zealand.
