“The Power” and the Tipping Point

This year when I was making my Christmas Card I realized I haven’t written much at all and figured I better get something on paper; or the computer.

I listened to the audio book “The Power” at the beginning of the year and set an intention to be more positive than fear based or negative and to reach a 55% tipping point of love. I set out by looking for my triggers, the small thought processes that most of us don’t consider and well, it didn’t take long for me to identify a few. If you are looking to reset your feelings and energy level, “The Power” will help you do just that.

So somehow bitching about some of the challenges we face and focusing on the conspiracies behind high gas prices, the cost of new homes in the Vancouver lower mainland or our plummeting dollar just holds so much negativity it’s not worth going there.

I decided to share some of the solutions I came up with that might help you do some shifting of your own. Listening to the book, reminded me of things that I already know, but it also got me excited about creating shifts and experimenting with the concepts. Those of you who know me, realize I don’t just read something and believe. I am a “prove it” kind of gal. My life is usually has several experiments going on at once. It’s how I learn, prove theories, grow, adapt my work and improve.

The first thing I did was create a vision board that had affirmations and photos that I put on my desktop. The slides change every  seconds which is just long enough for me to say the affirmation and feel what I am creating.

So I began to observe. Trying to remain in a state of love 24/7 is quite challenging in our time. The pace of everyday life is faster and with that comes more triggers. As I observed myself and my thoughts in certain situations, I realized that standing in line-ups generated a ton of negative thoughts. Not bad ones, but negative all the same. The idea of reaching a greater tipping point of love is to be love. I found myself thinking things like:

  • “I always choose the slow line.”
  • “Doesn’t anyone work, why are they all shopping now?”
  • Judging what I consider to be others poor food choices.
  • Focusing on screaming children and wondering how much sugar they were jacked up on.
  • Wondering what took people so long to pack their groceries.
  • …and….and….

So it hit me, yikes this is all so negative and judging, WHAT…I needed a new strategy.

  1. So now when I am forced to stand in line, I do several things. I begin going through my gratitude list, starting with the fact that I have the time and money and privilege to be in a store buying what I need or want.
  2. I smile and begin sending love and blessings to those around me.
  3. I chat to those little screaming tikes and get them laughing, giving the parent a break.
  4. I practice random acts of kindness if possible.
  5. I send grace and blessings to those who appear to be in need.

Turns out my shopping experiences are much more pleasant and I meet some pretty interesting people now.

There are 3 quotes from “The Power” that correspond with what I’m doing and they are:

  • “Life isn’t happening to you; life is responding to you.”
  • “Many people don’t know about the power of good feelings, and so their feelings are reactions or responses to what happens to them. They have put their feelings on automatic pilot, instead of deliberately taking charge of them.”
  • “Every single second is an opportunity to change your life, because in any moment you can change the way you feel.”

One of my other triggers is driving, and I do believe that to be one for many of us, lol. It’s that same thing for me about time, and business. I live in one of the fastest going cities in Canada; last time I read the statistics, Surrey acquires 1800 new residents a month, yes that’s right, a month! And you got it, they are all not as good drivers as me, hahaha. knowing the driving experience can thrust me into a negative spiral is 3/4 of the battle. Now when I get in my can I repeat these words, “I have time, I can enjoy a relaxing experience in my car.” I let people in line, I focus on kindness for new drivers, after all I was one too, I sing, I do my affirmations and I get where I’m going in record time feeling terrific. I’m still not perfect, but I’m at least 70% better.

Let’s see, another area I chose to change was how I felt about paying for things. Instead of focusing on, “I shouldn’t buy this, I don’t really need it, I should save my money, I can’t afford this, blah, blah, blah.”

I choose to say, “I have more than enough money for the things I desire and I make great buying choices.” and “I am grateful that money flows to me from so many places, sources and people.”  And…now it does!

So remember, one of the secrets of having the life you want is by tipping the scale toward love and away from negativity. When anything good happens to you in your day, give thanks. It doesn’t matter how small it is, say thank you.

These are just a few examples of what I changed up, there are more of course; in conclusion, I would have to say that my experiment on tipping the scales more toward love was successful and made an obvious difference in my life.

Recapitulation

Recapitulation is a method of recovering the power and energy that we have lost or given away to people, places, and things. This technique recognizes that we have luminous energy “filaments” or aka cords extending from ourselves to others. These connections or aka cords form when we direct our attention and energy outward toward something or someone else. They are also formed when others place their attention and energy on us. Such connections often involve some mutual intent or agreement between ourselves and others. It is the objective then to recognize and inventory these energy connections, decide which ones to keep or cultivate, and which ones are not in our best interest. We can then manage our energy connections, stop parasitic energy drains and recover stagnant energy, freeing our energy bodies and becoming more fluid and mobile.

Recapitulation is the process of calling back energy we have exhausted from past, thoughts, actions or deeds. This process is a self-directed discipline or technique that enables an us to reclaim and repair damage to our energy bodies. It can include the damage and energy drain that comes from soul loss or soul fragmentation, mental complexities, emotional attachments, addictions, entities in our energy field; living or deceased and psychic attacks. To recapitulate entails recalling the people we have had experiences with, the places we have been, and the emotions, thoughts and feelings associated which each. We begin from present day and travel back down out timeline to our earliest memory.

Recapitulation it is not a cure all, it is a process that heals and extinguishes hot spots in our emotional bodies. The great thing about recapitulation is that it is practiced on your own. Taking responsibly for one’s own healing is, empowering for most of us. Recapitulation can benefit everyone and is based on energy work rather than analysis or talk therapy. I find that this process combines well with other healing modalities such as shamanic soul retrieval, emotional release work, Reiki, etc.

This recapitulation process was initially described in The Eagle’s Gift by Carlos Castaneda and later refined by Victor Sanchez.

The technique below was derived from those described by these authors and new information I channeled, so as with anything new modifications have been made based on my guidance.

The Recapitulation Lists

The first step is to make a list. The list is primarily of the meaningful events of your life. It is intended to direct one to remember and relive past events, to help us recover hidden memories and to help us discern what the significant events of our life really are. A few of the types of events to include in the list includes:

  • Agreements or commitments that you made with yourself, family or friends that you did or did not keep and you still hold a strong memory of them
  • Agreements or commitments that you made with your religion or God
  • Every sexual experience you’ve ever had
  • Events and situations in which you felt shame or embarrassment
  • Items or people you have lost and can’t get over
  • Thoughts, feelings or memories that you hide from others
  • Situations when you sabotaged or betrayed yourself
  • Times or events where you have been cruel to animals, plants or people
  • Negative people that you want out of your life
  • Events the you recall compromising a part of yourself
  • Events that caused you fear
  • Situation or relationships which resulted in emotional pain
  • Times you felt strong emotions such as abandonment, loneliness or rejection
  • Negative situations that you want out of your life
  • Major illnesses that you have suffered and still have emotional ties to
  • Time that make you angry, frustrated and resentful
  • Legal issues you have faced that didn’t go your way

Healthy relationships with friends, family members and others are not something that you need to retrieve energy from or sever the ties with. However, vows, oaths and promises all bind our intent, so from that point on, our actions, feelings and thoughts are consistently directed toward fulfilling or maintaining those commitments regardless of whether or not we remember having made them. As children, we often make vows and become bound to them even though we no longer remember making them. These impulsive pledges of childish devotion and eternal love can cost us our freedom in the present. If you are like me and have that special someone you wanted to be friends forever with, this could be something to recapitulate especially if you decided to become blood brothers or sisters with them. Unless we deliberately retrieve our energy and our original intent and them, that energy can never rise freely to be expressed in the present.

You are not looking to recapitulate trivial details, we all have enough to do without worrying about small insignificant events . You are looking for events and experiences that hold a lot of unresolved energy. Remember that the purpose of living on this plane is to gain experience, make choices, learn from choices and acquire wisdom and understanding. Recapitulation is not supposed to replace or be a substitute for our process, it is meant to be used as a healing process, to correct the effects of injuries to our energetic body.

When you recapitulate you may feel the long stretchy fibers that extend out from your solar plexus. These are the conductors that will allow the energy to return to your being. In order to recapture our strength and unity, we have to recapture this energy that we sent out into the world. You will begin to feel the energy oozing back into your body instantly. Some people can get dizzy or nauseous at times, this soon stabilizes.

Things you should know:

  1. If you receive an insight or memory that is not in the sequence of 5 year cycles, go ahead and recapitulate that memory next, it’s important to follow the energy streams that your receive.
  2. For women, it is extremely important that you start by recapitulating all men you’ve ever had a sexual encounter with. For women, this is where the bulk of our energy is caught. Men leave specific energy lines plugged into the body of a woman. These energy lines are designed to sip our energy. Women feed men energetically through the filaments they leave behind at an etheric level. This is one of the reasons men return again and again to the same woman, to maintain their source of energetic sustenance. This is true even is the sexual experience wasn’t intercourse.

Recapitulation Instructions:

  1. Create a circle around yourself using crystals or candles to define an energetic boundary for your process. Make yourself comfortable by sitting comfortably in a chair or on a pillow.
  2. Start by making a list of people , places or situations during the past 5 years that you have been giving energy too, or vivid memories and feelings you have about them.
  3. To begin, do and “I AM Presence” connection and the Karmic Board and your guides to assist you in reclaiming yourself.
  4. If you know how to activate your Merkabah, this will amplify the technique, and it can be done regardless of whether or not you are familiar with this tool.
  5. Extend your little and index fingers, then make a circle by touching your thumb to the tips of the remaining fingers. This will act as a signal to attract the attention of life-force and allow it to enter the body through the energy lines in the finger tips. ApanaMudra-hand
  6. Visualize or feel the memory you are about to recapitulate as clearly as possible. Put yourself slightly above the experience. Imagine gathering all your energy from the experience into a ball.
  7. Turn your head to the left, inhale threw your nose as with the thought intention: I CALL MY SPIRIT BACK. The energy ball will flow into you at that instant.
  8. Exhale out your mouth as you turn your head to the right and release any emotions or thoughts associated with the experience, such as anger, rage, guilt. Your thought intention is: I RELEASE YOU WITH LOVE & FORGIVENESS.
  9. Repeat this process until your energy has returned to you fully and it is cleared of all negativity.
  10. When you feel complete, face center, inhaled, hold your breath and make a quick turn of the head left to right with the thought intention: SO BE IT, IT IS DONE. Return to center, exhale, this will break the ties, contracts and agreements completely.
  11. Repeat Numbers 2-6 until your list is complete.
  12. Make a list of the next 5 years and start the process again. Continue until you get to your earliest memories.

During your recapitulation work, other memories or events will surface. Although they may not be in chronological order, go ahead and clear them if they turn up. Sometimes one memory or feeling can have strong aka cords in another timeline or be attached to another event.

I started by doing  five years at a time each week. I got up early to do it first thing in the morning. I found that as I did it other events or circumstances would pop into my head, so I recommend keeping a pen and paper with you to remember them all.

This is a process that takes time and commitment. I promise that if you invest in getting your spirit back  your vitality, life force and creativity will all return to you and your life will be soooo much more rewarding and present.

Enjoy the journey,

Carol

Luxury Living with a Modest Investment

Our Experience

I wanted to share with you the experience I had living in a condo vs a manufactured home. I moved into John’s condo and lived there for almost 3 years. Until the last year, I was perfectly fine with it. It wasn’t the cozy 864 square feet that got to me as much as what was happening outside the complex that got to me.

I thought that all of the exterior stuff was someone else’s responsibility.  If the roof was damaged or leaked during a thunderstorm, we didn’t have the responsibility of repairing it ourselves.

It didn’t take long for me to become disillusioned with condo living. I soon discovered the “cons” especially when it came to forking out money for the repairs I didn’t think we needed to worry about.

The building we lived in had no real curb appeal.  It made me think  it would be nice to create a garden in the front or back of our own home. As a condo owner, your have no ownership of any specific outside area so it can be frustrating.  I just wanted my own backyard, my own patio, where I could sit in the sun, plant some flowers and do whatever I wanted.

We had two small bedrooms and before I moved in one was used for storage and John had his office in the living room. It was too cramped so we decided to rent a storage locker, and make the second bedroom into a shared office space, which worked out well.

Having to go back and forth to the storage locker weekly became an issue…ugh

Our space didn’t really have any room for projects, arts, crafts, that sort of thing and if we wanted to do something it meant using a small dining room table or the balcony, which was a no, no for strata.

God, I just wanted our own garage…and workshop…or storage space.

In the condo we constantly were triggered by people throwing out the trash and overflowing the dumpster, the recycle was a complete nightmare. I often joked that I should go stand by the bin and give recycling lessons on what could in fact go in the recycle, lol

It might sounds bizarre, but when you live in a house, you have the convenience of organizing and controlling your own garbage cans. You put the right items in the correct bins and then once a week, you roll your garbage cans out to the end of the driveway, voila.

People really didn’t get or care how easy it was to wipe their feet at the front door before dragging mud and who knows what through the lobby, down the hallways and into the elevators. My goodness I got so tired of hearing myself complaining about things other people were doing. I felt so negative.

I never realized how great it was having mail delivered to the door until we moved here, another “con” was having to go downstairs to get my mail.

We had a wacky neighbour who would knock on our door at all hours of the night, “why?” you ask…”not sure”

In a condo you are in closer proximity to your neighbours. They could be smokers so when you open your sliding door to the balcony to enjoy your day the smell comes into your suite. Other times your neighbour could have a dog that sits on his balcony, barking and howling all night.

And…make no mistake, for those of you who think condos are more secure, break-ins occur regardless of security and often.

And…

And…the list goes on, but here’s the real kicker folks; for John, purchasing his unit was the best thing he did, so he thought!  When the engineers came in and did an evaluation, and announced that our repairs would be $5.5 MILLION, yup…MILLION, the reality hit him like a blunt instrument over the head head. The truth is that his condo purchase ended up being the worst decision he could have ever made! Not only had it cost him two roofs, now we were on the hook for $55,000.00…for our share of the renovations.

If there was a condition called “ condo remorse.” John and I certainly suffered from it. We did not want to take out another mortgage just to pay the renovations needed for a building that was about to have a 3rd roof in 19 years. We just want others to know how costly and damaging neighbours and stratas can be to your bank account and quality of life. The strata and restoration crews can squander your money, time and inconvenience you with each and every incident. In the end we sold the condo and took a $20,000.00 loss in the value due to the engineers report. Some would say we were lucky to have sold.

We have friends who live not far from where we were, in a condo. They insisted we were crazy to sell and that the value of our home would go up. When we heard their strata was going to have an engineers report done, we shared our experience and wisdom with them. Unfortunately  they didn’t heed our warning, so guess who’s paying over 40,000.00 for their share of renovations now?

I just read this in an article on the Global BC site called “Vancouver’s housing prices 2nd most unaffordable in the world” By Peter Meiszner

The article states, “The average house price in Metro Vancouver is $670,300, which would require 80 per cent of the average median household income to service the mortgage. That’s more than 2.5 times the 32 per cent guideline set out by Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation.”

That being the case, we found the perfect solution for us. We bought a manufactured home in a mobile park. It took some looking, there’s lots out there but most of them haven’t been maintained well. Some are dark and dingy, some are old and smelly, some just have a bad layout and some are just too ugly for words.

When we found ours, we paid  more but it is like a dream come true for both of us. It is 400 sq. feet bigger than the condo, and has approximately 1000 sq. feet of storage space…yahoo, no more running back and forth to that darn storage locker.

new hous 018

I love our ever so large soaker tub that fits two comfortably, the condo had a small tub with those stupid glass doors. I hated them and rarely took a bath because of them.

OMG, and we have two bathrooms, it really makes a difference!

OMG and the en-suite has two sinks, with cabinets on each side and even more under the sinks. Pure luxury from our tiny little condo bathroom.

We chose to make the second bedroom an office, so now we each have our own space to work. My office doubles as a meditation space and guest room when needed. It’s big enough to comfortably put up a queen size bed for guests. We bought an OBUS Forme® that is sooooo comfortable. It sits on its own collapsible bed frame that has a bed skirt and everything.

OMG and we have a huge covered deck, with loads of flowers and we BBQ almost every day, all year round. I truly am pleased and grateful for our beautiful home.

There are soooo many things I love about this place (this link will show you pictures)

  • Gigantic Open Concept Living Room
  • Gorgeous En-suite
  • Master Bedroom…two closets, one is a walk-in
  • Two bathrooms
  • My bathtub
  • Gigantic Kitchen with Island I can do my art projects on
  • Cupboard space beyond
  • Back Yard
  • Storage and more storage…
  • The Pool is clean without too much chlorine
  • The Park has tons of trees, is pretty and is walking distance to everything you need
  • Good Community Spirit

And most of all, it was affordable. It is so like being in a house and everyone who comes here is very impressed when they see what the inside is like.

We adore our home, take pride in all we’ve done to create a beautiful living space and environment. It is unfortunate that we are leaving BC, but sometimes sacrifices need to be made. We are already looking at other manufactured homes to move into. I can only hope that we find something comparable to ours…so far it isn’t looking good, but we are pretty good manifestors so fingers crossed.

To: Vilcabamba With: Love and Gratitude

Wow, I can hardly believe I’ve been home from Ecuador for 22 days and haven’t blogged one thing about my trip. I guess there is so much to say, so many experiences to share and so many energies to describe I really didn’t know where to begin.

And then, just like magic it all came flooding in this evening after coming home from a much needed yoga class.

The Place: Healing Movements Yoga Centre     or on   Facebook

It has proven to be my sweet oasis, a safe and healing place that allows me to nourish my body and being on so many levels.

The owners are loving, kind, nurturing and conscious. They have worked hard to create a sacred space where we join together as a community to learn one of the oldest, most powerful and sacred teachings of all time.

It’s the perfect space for those with extensive knowledge of various healing modalities, meditation and yoga, yet comfortable for newcomers who are ready to enter a path of spirit development and de-stress their lives.

1472781_660413780646841_616151370_n

The Instructor: Patricia.

A breeze of fresh air. I peek up and see that she watches the entire class, paying close attention to their body, breath, life force and movement, all while teaching and holding the energy for each person to receive exactly what they require. Magnificent!

Patricia

As I lay in Shavasana at the end of the class in complete gratitude, in comes “spirit” with a message. “Gift your necklace to Patricia”. The necklace is made with a tagua nut seed and crushed rhodochrosite crystal inside. It has kind of a hipster look, not something I’d normally wear but once I put it on, wow! I’m like, “WHAT…I just wore it for the first time today and I fell in love…You gotta be kidding!”

It is said that the meat of the tagua nuts and it’s seeds have the strength and intelligence of an elephant, thus natives of South America call it vegetable ivory. Because of its sanctity and healing properties, tagua has occupied an important place in every aspect of life.

Indigenous healers use tagua to replenish vitality and cure diseases caused by low energy and a weak immune system. It has a direct bearing on our bone marrow.

Tagua corresponds to the sun and the energy corresponding to the solar plexus, and therefore is especially good for enhancing vitality, boosting the immune system, and cultivating will power and determination…Nice, right!

My mind immediately went through all the back and forth arguing and detachment stuff that comes with surrender, then I finally chose to follow my guidance. Something felt off, like it wasn’t a piece she would wear, so after everyone left, I asked her if she would wear a necklace like this, and much to my delight and confusion she said NO. Delighted that I wouldn’t have to give it up, confused about why my guides were telling me to give her this necklace.

Maya was in the car, hungry and ready to go, so I told Patricia that when I got home, I would dowse to see if there was a crystal in the piece she needed. I made it to bed around 10:00 or so and as I began my evening rituals, in the back of my mind, still wondering what was going on, I was given a very cool message…”It’s not the energy of a crystal Pat needs…It’s Vilcabamba”.

And that my friends is how my instructor Patricia inspired me to finally write this blog, here goes…

It’s hard to explain the magical energy of a little town called Vilcabamba in Ecuador. I will start by saying that I have yearned to go to South America for over 30 years, so finally getting to go was a dream come true.

Ecuador, has a wide-range of scenery. Hills and mountains, huge cities and quaint towns, interesting wildlife, amazing flowers and trees, big bugs and beautiful coastlines with wide sandy beaches. I was so fortunate to have seen so much of the country. Transportation in Ecuador is inexpensive and so convenient. You can sit and enjoy the view while others are at the helm. I will blog about other parts of Ecuador in my next blog, for now let’s talk healing.

Nestled on the edge of this remote town sits an oasis, Vilcabamba. I found Vilcabamba to have a deeply spiritual and unique international community that thrives in this “Valley of Longevity.” From a spiritual perspective it is the hard to explain but the energy there is different, it’s a feel good kinda place, the kind that makes you want to be more yourself, more present and in tune with source.

In metaphysical terms:

  • The veil is thinner, so if feels as though you are closer to spirit
  • There are orbs everywhere
  • Thought forms manifest especially fast
  • Synchronicity is unstoppable
  • Almost everything is spirit directed
  • The energy field is clean and pristine
  • It touches a specialness deep within you
  • It transcends boundaries of all types
  • It embraces and connects you on many levels
  • It’s like giving yourself the biggest most loving hug ever

After travelling to over 19 countries and living in several of them, I am confident in saying, “there’s magic in the air”, quite literally in Vilcabamba. I have seen a ton of ET activity and multi-dimensional cross over’s, still, nothing like this.

There’s a cosmic force and a new kind of ET activity happening there. One with a Conscious Rising that is unique and brilliant one that changes perspectives and lives very quickly. I met some great new friends; David and Liz (she is Ecuadorian) who live in Vilcabamba. They say “It’s high energy that will swallow you whole, chew you up and spit up out”. So if you’re looking for change, to get closer to the Divine and really work on yourself and many aspects of your being, this is the perfect place to be. The individuals there, truly are “meant to be there” and a very interesting cast and crew I might add.

I have often wondered how little old me could reach more people, share more love, raise more awareness, somehow open a door for the masses to experience gifts they may never discover on their own. Well, the energy of Vilcabamba allowed me to do just that. I met soooo many awesome people, and one in particular who touched my being and inspired an aha moment…Nelson Denman

Remember the unstoppable synchronicity and transcending boundaries of all types I mentioned? It turns out that with a little support from the cosmos, added with a sparkle or two of fairy dust and an open heart, Nelson and I co-created a simple and effective way to raise the consciousness of groups of people. How you ask? Through Reiki; I had the pleasure of initiating Nelson into Reiki.

He is currently writing and composing a folk opera entitled: “The Rights of Nature.” Nelson is an accomplished musician and cellist. He is spiritual, with real heart and creative inspiration running through his being. If you follow the link you can stay up to date with his project.

Nelson’s accomplishments are many, he performs and teaches guitar, bass, violin and cello and has collaborated musically with Paul Winter, Larry Littlebird, Peter Kater, Robert Sequoia, Consuelo Luz, Richard Russell and many others. He plays cello on the CD of the World Premiere of Voyages by Paul Cisze. He has completed 2 CDs of music: Earth Doctor, The Chakra Mode Cycle, and is working on Slack Key Cello.

Now every time Nelson plays to an audience or anyone, that Reiki energy is going out there with his intention, passion and music…Well Done! I was also guided to activate and initiate his three fold flame (Love, Power and Wisdom) so that when others hear his music theirs will also be activated. As Vilcabamba and Nelson magic would have it, Dominique and I were the first to receive and experience the gift of Nelson’s cello and new vibration that day. How enchanting. I so encourage you to hear him play.

Vilcabamba inspires you to touch a specialness deep within yourself in remarkable ways:

  • I had the pleasure and company of two amazing individuals, then I taught them (David and Liz) how to activate their 3 breath Merkabah, now they can really shake things up in town, lol.

  • It was a delight to work with another awesome, high vibration woman named Ann.

  • I taught 14 year old Cort how to dowse and spend a touching evening with his parents.

  • We played and prayed with orbs in the woods at night.

  • I learned how much commitment is needed to deliver great photographs from Paul, not many people can snap a great picture of me. Kudos Paul.

  • Most importantly I re-connected with Dominique, a beloved friend who I hadn’t spent real quality time for years., It too was magical in many new and powerful ways. Wow, did we do loads of spiritual work and have tons of fun!

Dominique and I stayed at a place called Rumi Wilco. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Vilcabamba. Rumi Wilco is an Ecolodge that provides a human habitat within the only remaining semi-natural protected setting in the valley. We stayed in one of the River Cabins which are located in the midst of nature, a healing river and surrounded with 12 trails to explore. The cabin was the perfect size for us, with a well equipped kitchen and the most comfortable beds you can imagine.

Every morning we wake up to the sound of the river and songbirds in the background. We had a gorgeous path through the forest daily, encounters with donkeys and cows, a river filled with quartz crystal, cool stone walls and domes in the middle of the forest and vibrant butterflies… fairly normal stuff for our daily trek to town and back.

Vilcabamba, is remarkably free from most kinds of pollution: electromagnetic, air and water. No planes overhead dropping chemtrails on the population, either. The ground water is amazingly clean because it’s recharged from rainfall on the nearby Podocarpus National Forest, where water flows down into the valley on a regular basis. It creates a unique situation for several types of healing. This leaves the air remarkably clean and energetically perfect for a great night’s sleep. I haven’t slept that well in 12 years…seriously.

Another grand design and wonderful manifestation was the convenience of our friend Paul, staying in town at Le Rendez-Vous. A quaint, beautiful hostal with gardens and mountain views from each adobe style room. After our 20 min trek through the forest with backpacks on in the heat, we were grateful to have access to Paul’s space. We were always welcomed with a warm smile and a glass of water. We had access to his Wi-Fi so we could skype with loved ones and change from our sneakers and damp clothes into our flip flops and sundresses before heading to the main square. Thanks Paul!

Practically every restaurant around Vilcabamba serves fresh, raw fruit juices. Organic food is everywhere. I have to say that the environment energetically supports self development and spiritual awakening, whether you see it coming or not. The people in Vilcabamba are relaxed, welcoming, helpful, considerate and oh ever so interesting.

Food production in the Valley of Longevity is so easy and abundant that it’s almost hard to believe. In mere weeks, you can grow a huge garden full of vegetables from the rich topsoil. In a few months, you can grow papayas, figs, babacos and berries. And…believe it or not, in a few years, you could have your own orchard of oranges, macadamia nuts, jungle almonds, noni fruit, avocados and much more if you wanted to. This is one of the reasons that Dominique is thinking of selling her beautiful home in Salinas, to buy a farm in Vilcabamba. We were lucky enough to experience some great fresh fruits and veggies while staying with Elizabeth (Liz) and David, they have amazing gardens, fruit trees and animals. I know it is a lot of work, and Liz certainly loves it and puts her heart and soul into it daily.

Dominique and I did most of our own cooking. We did our big shop in Loja 4 minutes from town before we arrived. It was hilarious watching 7 bags of groceries and two suitcases being packed in a wheel barrel through the bush to get to our cabin. The Sunday markets, both in Vilcabamba and Malecatos are amazing, check out the photos from Paul below.

The essence of Palo-Santo loomed everywhere, in shops and from venders in the square. Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal.  In Spanish, the name literally means “Holy Wood”.

It is an uplifting scent that raises your vibration in preparation for meditation and allows for a deeper connection to Source.  It is also said that Palo Santo enhances creativity (sniffing it now as I write, lol) and brings good fortune to those who are open to its Magic.  It is burned in ceremonies by Shamans and Medicine people for its energetically cleansing and healing properties similar to Sage. I am so grateful that I brought some home with me, the smell is a reminder of the energy and essence of Vilcabamba.

Wow, writing this blog and emailing my new friends, makes me want to move there…No wonder Pat’s spirit wants to connect with the vigour and power of Vilcabamba…who wouldn’t?

I’m glad to have so many reminders that hold this sacred energy with me. I asked the river for a rock, it surprised me with two. I asked Mother Earth for some clay and she gave me a wonderful stone buried within the clay. I asked for cleansing I received Palo-Santo. I asked for strength and vitality and I received a beautiful tagua nut seed necklace. All these gifts hold the energy and magic of the “Valley of Longevity” within them and reminders of the heart connections I made that will forever remain in my soul.

Should you trust your Health Care Provider?

Greetings,

OMG, have I got a tale for you…

Some of you might remember the issues I had with my Hep C Specialist, from my previous blog: Can our Medical Professionals just do their jobs please!

To re-cap quickly…I have gone through a staggering amount of unnecessary and uncomfortable situations during the past several months of treatment. He has made countless errors and as a result I simply cannot trust him with my health, Hep C treatment or my life!

As you all know, my viral load came back Zero in only 8 weeks of therapy…I Believe….and I Am Healthy, Strong and Transformed! (Sept 23rd). The doctor and pharmaceutical company would have you believe it was the medication that did the healing,  I am here to tell you that I worked harder on healing myself because of my lack of trust and faith in my specialist. I was Divinely guided as to how to proceed with the correct dosages for me and would release the virus the fastest. I used a combination of several tools, techniques and disciplines as well as herbs, vitamins and minerals.

You see, I am not a typical patient… I have spent over 22 years exploring, studying, certifying and facilitating several alternative-healing modalities, spiritual techniques and philosophies.  Through my training and strong connection to spirit I have come to understand the unique interconnection that we all have to everything.  I hold a B. Msc. in Metaphysical Science, Certification as a specialized Applied Kinesiologist, Certification as a Reiki Master & Teacher in two methods, Certification in Feng Shui, I founded the Beishu Method™ a unique form of healing taught to me by my spiritual guides and I facilitate programs and workshops. I have assisted thousands with their health and spiritual development…for God sakes, I am clairvoyance,  clairaudience and clairsentience, it is pretty hard to pull the wool over these eyes.

That being said, I, unlike my specialist, checked my blood work diligently so I could monitor the results of what my spiritual guides were having me do. I had to call Dr. Karim several times to address concerns I had about specific results. Please notice what I wrote:  I had to call him several times it wasn’t the other way around…him calling me with concern!

Then I noticed the error of all errors, he had ordered Hep B viral loads to be done…I am a Hep C patient, I may not be a doctor but I do know that is a different virus.

But wait, there’s more…

When I called to office to find out if he realized he had been checking the viral loads for the wrong virus twice now, his response was, “Am I bad.”  WHAT, are you joking me. What if I was a regular patient who didn’t even know I could check my results through ehealth.ca? What if I did but didn’t have a clue what to look for? What if I didn’t know my blood work was considered CRITCAL and I needed to be monitored closely? Was my health at risk with this man at the helm?

But wait, there’s more…

When I went to the lab for the correct test, they faxed the wrong blood work again and the lab had to call the office for the correct info!

But wait, there’s more…

At one point, I was soooo sick, I told Dr. Karim I couldn’t possibly work and it was causing financial difficulties, I was going to discontinue the medication. He told me he didn’t have my viral count back yet (this was of course due to the lab checking me for the wrong virus)…I could see by looking at the ehealth website that the results were in. He said he would assist me to apply for disability so I wouldn’t have to worry.

On some tests, the specialist has to call the lab and I couldn’t see the results for the viral load, is for the specialist only. It was a Friday, he told me it would be another week and I needed to go pick up my medication in case the virus was still active. So I went and picked up the meds, costing $13,700.00…then a miracle happened, he called me on a Saturday, a Saturday?… and voila, suddenly he had the results, no virus detectable! So was it that he simply didn’t call the lab until after I talked with him and then called me Saturday with the good news?

My intuition told me that doctors are making money – LOTS of money for prescribing drugs. Personally I think the practice of drug kickbacks to doctors is a big reason for the ever increasing prices of drugs and the huge problem of drug affordability. The practice of drug kickbacks is unethical and a danger to our health and the health of your loved ones, particularly if they are in the hospital and vulnerable to exploitation. My question is, “Do you the reader think this was a coincidence?” It very well could be, but my trust with him was broken after so many issues.

So…I thank you, if it wasn’t for your lack of due diligence and knowledge, I may still be ill. Because If I would have trusted him, I likely would have followed his every instruction instead of my spiritual guides. For all I know I might still be having Hep B tests done!

But wait, there’s more…

Last Friday, I had to surrender to going to Social Assistance, I have not worked for 3 months because the medication made me so ill.  I decided to follow up with what Dr. Karim suggested. I applied on line, someone called me, did a brief telephone interview and gave me a list of what I needed to bring in. One of the items was a note from the Doctor. I called and told them what I needed, a simple note confirming I was receiving treatment, when I was diagnosed and how much longer the treatment would be. I was told that he was busy and I wouldn’t be able to get it until the following week. I asked if I made the note and emailed it, could he just read and sign it so I could get the paperwork in? The receptionist told me that was a good idea, so I did and Dr. Karim wouldn’t sign it!

But wait, there’s more…

I sent this email:

Dr. Karim,

You are the one who encouraged me to follow through with disability, now they have finally called me back and I have to bring all my documents in. I have had to run around all day to get these together with my bucket so I don’t I don’t vomit in the car. If I don’t turn them in today I will need to wait another week – week and a half just for a second phone interview, I haven’t even seen anyone yet.

It will take at least 2 months for me to get a cheque, I have enough money for 1 month…you are forcing me to go off the medication so I will feel well enough to work in a month when I have detoxed from the meds. I have no choice, I have no money and this is what Social Services needs to even give me an appointment. They will have a complete booklet for you to fill out when and if I get approved.

My injection day is today and I want you to know I have no intention of picking up my prescription or staying on this medication because without financial assistance, I cannot continue, I am tapped out!

Rev. Carol Lefevre B.Msc.

What were the results of my email you ask?…well, it is now Friday, one week later and I have still not heard from my specialist. Could it be that he isn’t aware of the risks of stopping these meds quickly? Could it be that he doesn’t care? Or perhaps he has read my blog…your guess is as good as mine.

Below is the Hippocratic Oath…see if there are any infringements for yourself…talk about stepping into the Karmic hotpot.

Restatement of the Oath of Hippocrates

I swear in the presence of the Almighty and before my family, my teachers, and my peers that according to my ability and judgement, I will keep the Oath and Stipulation:

To reckon all who have taught me this art equally dear to me as my parents and in the same spirit and dedication to impart a knowledge of the art of medicine to others. I will continue with diligence to keep abreast of advances in medicine. I will treat without exception all who seek my ministrations, so long as the treatment of others is not compromised thereby, and I will seek the counsel of particularly skilled physicians where indicated for the benefit of my patient.

I will follow that method of treatment which according to my ability and judgement I consider for the benefit of my patient and abstain from whatever is harmful or mischievous. I will neither prescribe nor administer a lethal dose of medicine to my patient even if asked, nor counsel any such thing, nor perform act or omission with direct intent deliberately to end a human life. I will maintain the utmost respect for every human life from fertilization to natural death and reject abortion that deliberately takes a unique human life.

With purity, holiness and beneficence I will pass my life and practice my art. Except for the prudent correction of an imminent danger, I will neither treat any patient nor carry out any research on any human being without the valid informed consent of the subject or the appropriate legal protector thereof, understanding that research must have as its purpose the furtherance of the health of that individual. Into whatever patient setting I enter, I will go for the benefit of the sick and will abstain from every voluntary act of mischief or corruption and further from the seduction of any patient.

Whatever in connection with my professional practice or not in connection with it I may see or hear in the lives of my patients which ought not to be spoken abroad I will not divulge, reckoning that all such should be kept secret.

While I continue to keep this Oath unviolated may it be granted to me to enjoy life and the practice of the art and science of medicine with the blessing of the Almighty and respected by my peers and society, but should I trespass and violate this Oath, may the reverse be my lot.

In Closing…

The bottom line is please become an active participant in your own health and healing process, never rely solely on our so called professionals and if in double get a second opinion.

Blessings of Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Rev. Carol Lefevre

I started doing some investigation and found the articles below.

Doctors Make Me Sick

by Jane Gaffin

While zero-tolerance policies clog court dockets and jam jails with non-violent weekend recreational drug users, it’s the dangerous drug-pushing criminals who should be behind bars, namely doctors who take patients off healthy nutrients and hook them on harmful prescription drugs.

The practice is detrimental to patients and financially beneficial to the quacks. Doctors receive 50 to 80 per cent kickbacks from the giant pharmaceutical companies for prescribing specific pills, especially experimental ones.

New drugs are not tested thoroughly before the government approves their release into the marketplace. Then doctors receive extra residuals for monitoring the reactions of the human guinea pigs and sending results to the drug companies in the spirit of research. Twenty years later, the patient is diagnosed with cancer or some other chronic disease.

Often the prescriptions are government-paid. Just as often the useless financial burden falls to the patient who doesn’t qualify for prescriptions under health care programs.

No problem. Plead poverty and the doctor’s office will submit a form to health care personnel. Then the doctor can load up the patient at government expense. The patient doesn’t have to worry about payment and the doctors get rewarded with kickbacks.

It’s a neat, tidy, slick fraud.

This is an exert from an article…Thursday, April 8, 2010

Minister Matthews wouldn’t “…call them kickbacks…but there are people who would.”

“Allowances” given Ontario to pharmacists by generic drug companies are to be eliminated said the province’s health minister Deb Matthews on Wednesday.

The idea is that the annual $750 million “subsidy” is to be used to pay for services to patients but even the pharmacists concede that 70% of the money is treated as rebates to fund operations and hike profits. Ms Matthews suggests ending the practice could reduce the cost of generics by half. To compensate, the minister suggested that the government will increase dispensing fees by $1 — to a total of $150 million to offset the reduction.

Donnie Edwards, a pharmacist in Ridgeway, Ontario thinks not:

“When you take $3 out and put $1 back in… I don’t think so. These dollars were used for professional services that pharmacists do everyday, in every town in this provinces”

Research based pharmaceutical companies support the change. Russell Williams, president of Rx&D, the companies’ association, said: “As partners in the health care system, we want to work with the government and health care providers to ensure that patients have access to the most appropriate treatment… through timely access to innovative medicines and vaccines… .”

Celebrating My Results and the Process!

Greetings,

I decided to re-cap the program I followed that was so successful, getting my Hep C viral load down to ZERO in 8 weeks. This is a long blog, I know because it recaps my entire progress including what I’m doing today to wean off the medications. It lists the products I used that supported my process, the stages I used them in and the amounts.

I had geno type 1, and this was my chemical protocol:

  • PEG-IFN is injected, once weekly.
  • RBV pills or capsules are taken twice daily, dose is according to your weight.
  • INCIVEK comes in boxes of seven daily-dose blister packs. The daily dose is six pills—two 375 mg capsules every 7 to 9 hours—with a snack or meal that contains at least 20 grams of fat (3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 ounces of cheese, or a bagel and cream cheese). It is important not to miss doses of Incivek.

My personal holistic therapy was a little erratic and I believe it is because my body was trying to confuse the virus, which is contrary to the belief that the best way to help the immune system destroy the HCV is to take the medications at the right time and in the right amount.

Please understand that I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, an Applied Kinesiologist and Dowser. I work with herbs, vibrational medicines and energy tools and techniques. I have the capabilities to test what I am doing. For those of you reading this blog please understand that the energy tools I used played a huge role in my healing time.

Hepatitis C Statistics

Statistics reveal that about 300 million people are infected with the hepatitis C virus worldwide. However, the number of new hepatitis C cases diagnosed each year in the US has been steadily increasing. Based on current statistics for hepatitis C, it’s estimated that 8,000 to 10,000 people die each year from chronic liver disease caused by this condition.

About 15 percent of cases end up being acute hepatitis C, in which the immune system is able to completely destroy the virus. For about 85 percent of infected people, however, the immune system is not able to completely get rid of the hepatitis C virus, and they end up having a long-term liver infection. This is called chronic hepatitis C.

How Genotype 1 Affects Hepatitis C Treatment

Genotype 1 is the most common form of HCV in the United States. It affects over 70 to 90 percent of the people in this country who have hepatitis C. It is estimated that up to 50 percent of the people with genotype 1 will have a sustained response (successful treatment).

Hepatitis C Viral Load and Treatment

The hepatitis C viral load is one measure that the healthcare provider can use to determine how successful treatment with hepatitis C medication will be. The higher the viral load, the lower the chances of a successful treatment. For example, in people with a high hepatitis C viral load, medications are successful about 40 percent of the time. For people with a low hepatitis C viral load, the success rate is around 56 percent. In addition to viral load, other factors can also influence the success of treatment. The factors include:

  • The genotype of the hepatitis C virus
  • The amount of liver damage present
  • How long the person has had the hepatitis C virus
  • Age
  • Weight
  • Ethnicity

Within several months of beginning combination therapy (peginterferon injections , incivek, ribavirin pills), the healthcare provider will be able to tell whether or not the treatment is working. This is done using the same viral RNA blood test to determine the hepatitis C viral load. If the treatment is working, the amount of virus RNA in your blood (viral load) will have gone down. But if it’s not working, the viral load will stay the same or even increase.

My Personal Protocol

Before

I began several months before I started the prescription medications by cleansing my system first. Depending on your lifestyle, food habits and personal health habits, you may need some or all of the cleanses I did. I cleanse regularly and still decided to go for it, thinking it would give me an advantage while on the medication. You can find this information on my blog Cleansing and Detoxing Before Hep C.

During

One of the most difficult things for people on hepatitis C therapy to deal with is the side effects caused by the interferon injections and pills. Side effects vary a lot from person to person. Some people will hardly notice that they are taking medications. Others will feel like they have a cold for much of the time on therapy, and sometimes they will feel even worse.

If you are on hepatitis C therapy:

  • Mental health, Anxiety, irritability, and depression.
  • Poor sleeping
  • Feeling anxious
  • Being short-tempered
  • Feeling down–depression or sadness, It’s not unusual to feel “down” while you are on interferon. This is purely a side effect of the medication. Stopping the interferon will make these feelings go away within 1-2 weeks.
  • Feeling tired
  • Headaches
  • Fever
  • Muscle and body aches
  • Mouth, stomach, and digestion
  • Poor appetite
  • Bad taste in mouth
  • Dry mouth and thick saliva
  • Sore mouth and sore throat
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Hair loss
  • Skin rash
  • Injection site reactions
  • Chest pain
  • Shortness of breath
  • Vision changes
  • Thyroid problems
  • Low red blood cells
  • Low white blood cells
  • Low platelets

So what symptoms did I have? All of them I’m sorry to say!

 Low white blood cells

My white blood count dropped on the low side, however, my liver enzymes took a sharp turn down…this is a good thing in my case.

Vision changes

One of my biggest challenges way my sight. Both near and farsightedness have been affected by the drugs. I have just started taking the A.Vogel Sharp Vision and found that it really worked. I also added 1 tsp. of spirulina powder to my shakes, apparently it has high levels of Vitamin A in it, I have been doing this for years and to be honest it hasn’t really helped my eyesight.

Sore mouth and sore throat

This is a huge issue for me, The mucus membranes in my mouth were very sensitive. My throat was sore often but for the most part I usually only get symptomatic from 4:00-8:00pm but it is very uncomfortable.

I started using a straw if I drink lemon water and that helps a little and I cut back on the amount of spicy foods I eat. The item that has worked the best to date and that is natural and sugar free is a tea called Throat Coat…it is fabulous.

Bad taste in mouth

Yuck, this is horrible, I mean really horrible…YUK! I used an awesome product called A.Vogel Dentaforce Herbal Mouth Spray. This little bottle packs a huge punch and keeps that nasty taste in my mouth away for hours. Surprisingly it is gentle on my mouth, so no pain for my tender mucous membranes.

Feeling fatigued, Headaches and Fever

I got an energy dip every day around the same time. I get up at 5:15 every morning so it’s no wonder that my energy is low at 4:00pm, 10 hours is already a full work day for most people.

Unfortunately with the fatigue came the nausea, fever and headache and I’m totally off my game. That meant no evening yoga or socializing with friends, some days it was impossible to even make dinner! I have been taking supplements and trying different times of day to see what works and what doesn’t. So far I have come up with this formula that reduces the number of side effects and improves my dip times.

My life line at this point has been Biostrath and Vital Energy. I LOVE Biostrath…it is an awesome product and I have witnessed it helping so many of my clients over the past 20 years. When I took Biostrath with Vital Energy 8 hours after I got up, all the symptoms seem to be reduced by at least 60%. Later in my process (around week 5) I started taking them 40-50 drops of Biostrath twice daily. I must say that I also believe it is because of the Biostrath and other vitamins I am taking that I have not experienced any hair loss.

Skin rash (two thumbs up)

I had weird skin breakouts, hives and rashes. They would heal so I tried A.Vogel 7 Herbs Cream it Relieves cracked, chapped and flaky skin, diaper rash and crusts in the nostrils. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I told the Specialist about it, as a possible choice instead of creams with steroids.

Nausea and vomiting

Nausea is a common side effect of hepatitis C therapy. It can be caused by both interferon and ribavirin. This one is a challenge and I don’t want to add another chemical medicine to my regimen. I have been using fresh grated ginger in hot water and a new ginger tea called “Feeling Soothed.” A better choice for me than Gravol.

Shortness of breath

When taking interferon and ribavirin, many patients will feel a little more short of breath than they usually do. This is a common side effect of therapy. It usually happens because of the low red blood cell counts (anemia) caused by ribavirin.

Shortness of breath can be scary, so if there are times when you find it difficult to catch your breath, I had to stop going up the stairs from the beach 4 times when we went, yikes! I am back to doing my deep breathing exercises and my kundalini breathing.

I have included and/or increased the following: Vitamins A, C, D, and E

I have added 20,000 IU of Vitamin A every second day, 800 IU of Vit E every day, 2000 mg Vit D and started at 2000 mg of Vit C and increased my Vit C to 4000 mg daily. I also gave myself B12 and B6 shots weekly.

Blood tests

My blood work was monitored every week while you are on treatment and really dropped. This increased my fatigue levels.

Low red blood cells

Ribavirin is harmful (toxic) to red blood cells and can damage them. Interferon leads to fewer red blood cells being produced. This results in low red blood cells, or “anemia.” Unfortunately I had all these symptoms.

  • Anemia can make you feel tired: I have increased my two life lines Biostrath and Vital Energy and have added Folic Acid 1mg daily. I took Inno-Vite liquid iron, 2 tablespoons daily.
  • Insomnia I added: A.Vogel Deep Sleep Valerian and Hop Tincture and Tryptophan.
  • A Pins and Needles, Tingling Sensation in Hands and/or Feet. I had and continue to get these weird sensations of being bitten by no see ems…you know that feeling of a mosquito bite. I have also developed hives, which are very itchy…I made a combination of Baking soda (battles itches), apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil. Soak for 30 minutes and air dry. Localized itches can be treated with a baking soda paste. Mix 3 parts baking soda and 1 part water. Apply to the itch, but do not use if the skin is broken.
  • Aloe Vera is a must to reduce itching. Snap off a leaf, slice it down the middle, and rub the gel only on the itch. I also began taking it internally, 2 tablespoons in a glass of water daily.

Low white blood cells

Interferon slows your body’s production of white blood cells. This leads to lower amounts of an important group of white blood cells called “neutrophils”, which fight many different infections. Low neutrophil counts are at risk for infections, such as pneumonia or skin infections.

Symptoms of low white blood cell count include; redness, swelling, pus formation at injury sites, cough, sputum, nasal discharge, high temperature, chills, unexplained discomfort, sore throat, sores in the mouth, bladder infection, and a white coating in the mouth, your body will be susceptible to a range of infections, skin problems, viruses, fever, gastrointestinal problems etc. Sounds yummy…for the gastrointestinal problems I use Molkosan, what a difference!

Low platelets

Platelets are clusters of proteins that act like bricks to form blood clots. They are produced by cells in the bone marrow. Platelet counts often drop if you are on interferon and ribavirin therapy. This can put you at a higher risk for bleeding.

Increase in the count of platelet may a little tricky than it first looked because no food is specified to increase the platelets production. It is believed that taking healthy foods and mainly organic and fresh foods will stimulate the mechanism internally and thus the platelet counts will also be increased. Flax seed is known for strengthening the immune system and also for reducing the inflammation. With this, the circulation is also improved in the body. I used and still use flax seed oil in my shakes and on my salads.

Tomatoes and cherries are for its good property of antioxidant. They are very good in vitamin and mineral contents and the production of platelet is boosted. Some of the other food items that improves the production of platelets are citrus fruits, green gram, fenugreek leaves and gooseberry.

Food Choices

When taking these medications you have to take them with 20 grams of fat. As a low fat eater it was a challenge, and when I was sick I couldn’t be bothered to cook much. I ate an avocado a day with one dosage and created some other good healthy fat options for my other dosage. Please see: New Foods for Surviving Hep C for some great ideas.

Where I am at Today

Week one I am off all supplements to give myself and my body a little break. I am decreasing my pharmaceutical medications and am still having withdrawal symptoms. I am drinking 3 liters of water daily, green tea and I have coconut water every other day.

Week two I will be only on interferon and a reduced dosage, 1/2 the protocol amount. I will begin my antioxidants again: 10,000 IU of Vitamin A daily, 400 IU of Vit E daily, 2000 mg Vit D daily, 2000 mg of Vit C daily and 400 mcg of Selenium daily. I have started rebuilding my intestinal flora with Bio-K and  Molkosan.

I am still feeling the itches and rash so I am using the A.Vogel 7 Herbs Cream and soda bathes.

In week three I intend to go back on my Sam-e and stay on it for 3-4 months and to purchase more A.Vogel Sharp Vision and take it for 6 months as well

I have begun to reduce my fat intake slowly and am feeling more and more like eating fresh fruits and veggies, thank God.

I have not tested for herbs to detox liver as of yet, my suspicion is that I will need to purchase more Boldocynara  and get back on that next month.

Exercises

Kundalini

Kundalini is a cosmic energy that lies coiled in the Base or Root Chakra which corresponds to the base of spine, in your body. This cosmic energy is your life force, which keeps your body alive. When awakened, Kundalini begins to move upward within the pranic tube or the central channel, piercing the chakras and initiating various cleansing and clearing processes, which bring about total purification and rejuvenation of the entire being. Activate your Kundalini and Rejuvenate your Body, Mind and Soul

Rebounding

There are many proponents of rebounding who recommend that patients undertake about two minutes of gentle bouncing. I could only manage 10 minutes a day.

Restorative Yoga

I go to an awesome place called Healing Movements.

Next week I will be posting some of the spiritual tools and exercises I did to help move the virus from my body quickly and tell you the horror story of all the mistakes that were made while under supervised treatment…I am so glad to have the tools I needed to test things for myself! Be well my friends.

In Loving Gratitude,

Rev. Carol Lefevre

I Believe….and I Am Healthy, Strong and Transformed!

Greetings,

Well, I don’t even know to where to begin on this blog. I guess I will start by thanking everyone for their prayers, healing and support. For those of you who have not yet heard, my Hep C viral load came back ZERO. The virus is gone, I am still being monitored and in the process of reducing my medication slowly. I will have my health, vitality and humour back within 2 weeks!!!!

I have so many techniques and processes to share with you, I’m really excited. I feel as though I need to do two blogs; one for the physical and natural process that I took to get fast results and another for the metaphysical  practices that have changed my life forever.

For today, my sole goal is to put out my deepest gratitude to Spirit/God and our amazing Universe, my family, friends, clients and some precious individuals like Jimmy who took the time to message me on the days I needed to connect. THANK YOU. When I think of the love and support I had, I’m moved to tears, and this time it’s not the medication, lol.

I am still in awe of how the Universe manoeuvres, shifts, blends, operates and how we either catch it’s slight of hand or lose the message completely. I have posted a painting with this blog called “I Believe” and my quote on the painting is:

I believe in a spiritual world, one whose inner most truth we draw breath from.

I believe in a majestic world, full of magnificence and boundlessness, an outburst of possibility drifting on an undercurrent of matter, toward nowhere and everywhere simultaneously.

I believe in a world where I Am that I Am, a living God and self-actualized Master who radiates Divine Love.

This is what I hold firm in my heart and being and on my journey as so many of us are to self- actualization. I live a life of profound gratitude for my connection to Source, all aspects Me and the Divine Guidance I am so honoured to have in my life daily.

Right around the time of my diagnosis, an old friend Mary Rossman recommended I purchase Life and Teaching of Masters of the Far East by Baird T. Spalding. It is the same information that we have heard many times and in many ways, and like all teachings say, “when the student is ready the Master appears.”  Listening to the experiences of being with and working with high levels of consciousness just makes me aspire to be more self-actualized, and so my journey into healing not only the Hep C virus but Me, began anew. Within the same week one of my dear clients Ann recommended The Human Design…very mind blowing stuff, and great info on how your aura works and is unique to each one of us. The really cool thing, is that regardless of our design, we are all meant to work/assist one another to create a greater whole. I recommend this youtube video and this series, they rock! I would also like to thank Maya for re-introducing me to Ho’oponopono which spirit guided me to use in the most unusual and unique ways. Here’s a cool video that is a combo of Ho’oponopono, prayer and EFT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ouGnNbOxoc0

I’m keeping it short today because I am still on the interferon injections for 3 more weeks and I could be closing in on nap time…Again I Am so very grateful, Thank You All.

I love you,

carol
